How to cancel the running outlet deal?

I want to cancel the running outlet deal. The following requirements have been followed for operation. But opening the link still displays the original promotional price. Why?

1. Update the "Sale End Date" to the previous day’s date, or

2. Remove the "Sale Price" on their ASIN.

I'm sorry you have had some issues with your Outlet Deal. According to the Outlet Deal Help page this is how how you can cancel your Deal:

Cancel an Outlet deal submission

If you choose to cancel before Amazon completes its review:

  1. From the Inventory drop-down menu in Seller Central, select FBA Inventory.
  2. From the drop-down menu in the Action column to the right of the eligible item, select Create Outlet deal.
  3. Click Cancel in the Outlet deal pop-up window.

If you choose to cancel after the deal begins:

  1. Check the Outlet Deals report to see if that ASIN is currently running a deal.
  2. Contact Selling Partner Support to have the deal canceled.
  3. Once you receive notification of the deal being canceled, you can either:
  • Update the "Sale End Date" to the previous day’s date, or
  • Remove the "Sale Price" on their ASIN.

It sounds like you are trying to cancel an active deal. You will need to reach out to Seller Support to cancel the deal you can update the sale information to make the sale invalid. If you provide your most recent Seller Support case on the issue I can see what I can do to escalate this issue.
