Amazon is not reimbursing the seller for its losses
Dear all
I would like to bring to your knowledge that Amazon has started cheating with sellers. Customers are placing order on Amazon and returning what ever garbage they have at their homes and on filling SATE- T Claim. Amazon is denying the claim to seller. This is very very shameful act on Amazon part that instead of making strict policy for customer and their courier partner to check the product while taking back the delivered item.
Amazon has started denying the safe-T-Claim to seller.
I have filed SAFE-T-CLAIM for order id 406-8181672-3669944 and 403-5405806-4660327 which Amazon has denied. Customer sent me some different item instead of original item. But Amazon is denying to reimburse the same. I think all the sellers in this forum need to take Amazon to consumer forum for this.

same happened with me also with special tempered proof packing in return where amazon said that you accepting it so we cant gives you claim back while courier boy not given to check before otp and when we opened and check got the fake product

I have doing self ship last time shipment delayed for 1 day and Amazon deduct full amount from seller ac also customer say that they received there shipment I have lost my product shipment charge also profit and Amazon fees.

Yes, I agree that Amazon supports only the buyer. I sell only one single product, a book published by me. I do easyship… There is no chance of me sending a wrong product to the customer. Yet one customer asked for a replacement saying wrong product has been delivered. This mistake could have happened only by Amazon by delivering something else to him. Now I had to send a replacement and my original product has also not been returned and refund has been given to the customer. Im not being paid for the replacement.

We are also facing the same issue, they are asking for the packaging video and un-packaging video as a policy, but we as a flex seller, we do not have CCT installed over each and every workstation and hence we cannot provide the same. Amazon is asking what everyone know that we cannot provide.
This is incurring unnecessary losses to the sellers.
Earlier Amazon used to be a understanding platform for both buyers and sellers, but now we have seen that this is becoming non-friendly to the sellers. Amazon has rejected our 27 claims on the same account pertaining to heavy losses.
Request Amazon to look into this as this is a genuine issue with all the sellers.
