Delivery time issue

How does this make sense , i have 1 day handling time with 2-3 days on transit time so customers should see they should be getting it within 3-4 days for example today is the 22nd , they should see " Delivery 25-26 " but on Amazon its showing customers "Delivery by 29-30" why is this happening am i missing something ?

Other competitors are showing faster so i don't get why mine shipping is showing slower , does anyone if there's something in the settings i can fix ?

Having the same issue. FBM Best Seller and Delivery time displayed to the customer shows max in SSA template - 5 Days. Everything was fine on 2/13 and all morning on the 14th. Then, BAM! I have opened Case ID 14779445951 and have been on too many calls with customer Support. Sometimetimes I get "we do not see anything wrong, we are esculting this Case to our internal Team", to two differnt canned responsces. Countdown Clock to Place Order is even shorting us an hour...

ADVICE: DO NOT STOP CALLING! It doesn't make any sense, and the CS experience gets all the tinfoil hat-wearing crowd going with their conspiracy theories. AMZ has many functions going on at any one time, and things happen in my experience. My issue can be isolated using the AMZ auto-handling time feature. So, there is likely a bug in the script.
