How do I check the status of a complaint filed under Report Abuse
I filed Complaint ID: 13495556271 on 8/7 after following recommendations in a post by @Sandy_Amazon on reporting sellers offering counterfeit product on a listing. Then I received an email that seems the violation did not get reported.
Is there a way to double check the status of a complaint ID? Or do I just keep resubmitting new Report Abuse?
I see there will be an event on Aug 22nd to discuss this issue, but any advance help would be appreciated.

Amazon won't do anything...
I am brand registered, completed a "test buy", confirmed counterfeit - supplied amazon with evidence, photos, etc.
Amazon's response - "the problem doesn't exist"
The seller continues (now 1 month later) to sell the item in Buy Box with zero reprocussion.

I did Report Abuse again today on another test buy and the email received shortly after stated,
"We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified on the reported B0XXXXXXXX for the violation type selected."
Is there a Community Manager available to double check any of my previous complaint IDs to see if I am making an error with my reports?

Do you know if there is a way to check the status of a complaint?
