Amazon Call Backs do not go through - identified as Robocalls
I have not been able to receive any call back phone numbers from Seller Support for the past 9 months or so.
I just opened a case and had to give negative review because they told me they could not help me and were either unable to help me or did not care. In my case, I provided the following information:
When I receive a call, it rings once and I then I get a dial tone.
When the phone rings, Caller ID says Incoming Call and not Amazon.
Contacted my phone company who tell me that the call is being received as a Robocall and that the call will go through if I can provide acceptable phone number(s).
Seller Support refused to provide any phone numbers so we are back to square one and they refused to send case to tech team.
Before this issue started, all Call Backs came through and Caller ID said Amazon.

I wanted to reach out to you to see if you have had any luck troubleshooting this issue?
Have you by chance reviewed your cell phones "unknown numbers" or "spam blocking" feature to see if that is preventing the phone calls from going through? It might think the Selling Partner Support numbers are a bad or spammy number and not send them all the way through.
You should also check in with your cell phone carrier as well to see if they have any connection to why the support phone calls are not going through (maybe they have particular phone numbers blocked so their customers are constantly getting spam calls)?
Please let me know if the issue persists and we can continue looking other options but I would start with reviewing your cell phone itself and speaking with your carrier.
