Does Amazon now keep its referral fees on SAFE-T claim reimbursements???
In the past, if I was lucky enough to be granted a SAFE-T claim reimbursement for an FBM sale, I would received 100% of the reimbursement. But in this latest round of SAFE-T claims I filed this week, I was granted 5 reimbursements, ALL of which withheld the 15% Amazon referral fee. Is this a new policy?

Hello @Seller_Upvu1TAAIBv2x,
Thank you participating here at the forums! It is my understanding that the Amazon referral fees is not part of the reimbursement from a claim.
Let me know if you have any other question.
Thanks,
Joey

agree this is wrong. why should Amazon keep a fee on a return. Amazon is not providing any service to the Seller, just costing the Seller a bunch in shipping and return processing fees. why should Seller need to pay Amazon for the privilege of losing the Seller money?
