We have a cusotmer, she told us, the good motor is unfunction, we shippe a new motor to her. But when customer get it. She want charge us $700 for labor. In fact replace a motor just need about 10 to 20mins. We disagreed and hoped her to return the goods, but she refused to return the goods, saying that if she returned the goods, it would cost $400 US dollars to unload, and she want charge us $1100 US dollars to return the goods. The next day he applied for a credt card chargebacks. How should I deal with this situation?
