Dear Amazon Easy ship
The above reports shows discrepancy in the weight/dimensions in our 16 orders. In this regard, the actual weight of items in each order is less than 1000 gm. But because of dimension the charge weight was between 1000 to 2000 gm. In spite of that the report shows that weight is in the category of 2001 to 3000 gm. I am giving one order from the report the id of which is 171-7253923-5566739 dated 22/03/2025. Is there any platform on which we can appeal against the order of above report.

Claim Refunds
If you notice that you have been charged Amazon Easy Ship fee incorrectly, fill out the Dispute on Easy Ship weight dimensions clawback form with all the mandatory details mentioned in help page Image reference for Easy Ship weight mismatch shipping fee clawback issues and claim refund process-requirements within 45 calendar days from the date when the amount was charged by Amazon. After the form is filled, you will receive an email from Amazon within 15 business days whether the request raised was approved or rejected. Please note that providing incomplete details/images may result in rejection of the claim.

most of these money makers, have two types of weight. your actual weight and volumetric weight, Volumetric weight is arrived based on actual weight and dimensions(how much space it will take in load. so that could be the reason for higher weight in your case. Hope it helps.
