Sellers have opened several UPS-related threads over the past day:

I can not buy any shipment from UPS Aug 12 2024 !

DID ANYONE NOTICE UPS SUDDENLY HIKED PRICES AND FED EX WENT LOWER OR IS IT A GLITCH IN OUR STORE?

Can't ship using UPS carrier. Getting a shipping error on all the UPS options, are told to use different shipping method.

The issue with UPS being unavailable was corrected and sellers report being able to purchase UPS shipping services. There are still questions from sellers about UPS rates, and I am working with our partner team to investigate these reports and provide information. I will follow up in these threads when information is available.

We are also having the same issue since 08/12/2024. It is now 08/13/2024 3:20 PM CST, and we are receiving this error message: "Error occurred while purchasing a label, please try with different ship method"

The only other ship method is USPS priority mail express, which is more than double the price of UPS ground, and exceeds our revenue on the sale.

Order ID: # 112-1920526-2117843

What are we supposed to do here? Sell at a loss? Ship with a 3rd party and lose OTDR protection and claims protection? Cancel the order? The post office and the UPS store are going to close soon.

We need this fixed Amazon!

Any comment from Amazon? I really hope our account doesn't get shut down from an Amazon system issue.
