How can I respond to feedback if it does not show up in the feedback manager? Am I looking in the wrong place? The customer's review is loaded with inaccurate information.

Are you looking to respond to a customer product review or their feedback? The reason I ask is that customer product reviews cannot be managed through the feedback manager which might be why it's not showing up.
Only buyer feedback can be managed through the Feedback Manager.
If this is regarding feedback, we can take a closer look at the order to see why it's not showing up.
