USPS didn't pick up today....cancel orders?

SO....USPS didn't pick up my mail today. There is a service alert on the USPS website that includes my state as being impacted by snow storms.

I REFUSE to give merchandise away because of this, and those items that were SUPPOSED to be scanned by today will not be.

How do I know if Amazon is recognizing the lack of mail service in my area if a buyer should claim INR on any of these packages?

Or should I just cancel, refund the orders/labels that had to get a scan today???? This seems to be the best course of action because the situation is already too complicated for the A to Z bots....

Amazon doesn't care about natural disasters. According to them you should have planned ahead and put your account on vacation mode. If it were me, I would send out the orders as quickly as possible and take the risk that they may still arrive by the date promised and you won't have as big of a problem as you may think. But that is just me. Next time a major weather event is predicted, put your account on vacation mode just to be safe.
