I have dispatched book, but the courier service name " Trackon Courier" is not listed and also their is no option of "Other"
Dear Team,
As i'm using self ship. Previously i used India Post, But now after checking your dashboard, I found "Trackon" courier is best & suitable for me & accordingly i have agreement with the Trackon courier after viewing the details from your official website - "Career Recomendation Dashboard" i.e. https://sellercentral.amazon.in/carrier-recommendation?ingtyp=confirmShipmentIngress.
But when i'm confirming the Order at that moment in Carrier:, The courier name i.e. Trackon Courier is not displaying & even "Options" options is not displaying. Below we attached the screenshots which is self explanatory. Kindly reveiw the problem & solve this issues at the earliest.
Even though i raised a complaint to Seller Support, But i noticed the seller support is worst, They only do formalities without giving the exact solution. Case ID 10700918392.
I request Team Amazon, If any Higher Executive saw this Post Must integrate Trackon Courier & "Other" options as soon as possible. As per my experience, The seller support is doing nothing except they formalities.
I need the solutions, Not formalities.
