No barcode on product

I have had a product delivered which has no barcode on, and i am at the send to amazon section. it has selected to use manufacturers barcode even though there isn’t a barcode on the product and says no labelling required. Can i send this product to amazon without the barcode, or do i need to somehow change it and print off a barcode myself? if the latter, how to i change this?

If there isnt a barcode on the product, have you listed against the right listing for the product?

You’ll need to add another condition then change to amazon barcodes before sending then print off the amazon barcode and stick it on

Normally you would list using the barcode so just wanted to check then you’re not listing on the wrong brands product for example.

You’ll need to go back to your inventory, click the right hand side of the listing and add another condition

just to check before you go further, you are registered as a business with HMRC and Amazon?
and have you gone through the seller university?

go to manage inventory (open a new tab if you dont want to lose your workflow), on the right of the product in question, click the arrow to the right of edit, click add another condition, and create a new listing, on the last step, change to amazon barcodes.

Delete your first listing and add the new one into your workflow then you can print all your labels

As Sequin says why hasn't it got a barcode? This is a bit of red flag that you are not listing against the correct product.

If you don't want to go down the FNSKU route you can print out the manufacturer barcode on a label and stick it on the product yourself. However before you do this you need to be really sure it is the correct product which matches the brand on the listing.
