I get 1-star rating but without comments on April 7, 2024 .This customer review without verified purchase,I found all orders and can't find this order, the reviewer never buy it and use the product, it is not the base on an honest opinions and experience.It is not really fair for a buyer to leave less than a rating of 1 without an explanation.Just saying ratings should require a comment if below 1. This is a malicious comment,it is not fair for us, and it will also mislead other custome.I contacted review-appeals@amazon.com several times , and never got a response.It is also hurting our small business as we are just getting started.They violates community guidelines but Amazon has been left unattended.This is so disappointing!!!!!!!!!

No purchase order, only get 1 star rating no comment. Only a competitor would do that. But Amazon has been treating this unfair behavior as invisible!
