Product Compliance Request Under Review for Over 2 months
Hello,
We are selling in the electric scooter category and received a Product Compliance Request and submitted all of the required documentation. Steps we have taken below:
(1) Compliance request received
(2) Submitted all required documentation
(3) Compliance request "Under Review"
(4) Opened support cases, had 10+ calls with support
(5) Support told us to update certain details on the PDP
(6) Made changes
(7) Opened support cases, had 10+ calls with support
(8) Still no resolution from support.
We have tried everything we can to get this case pushed forward, but there is no resolution in sight. Does anyone have advice on next steps? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
