Large amount of FBA orders pending
In past months having issue with FBA orders pending
Currently have 100+ orders pending
Around 20+ are 3 weeks and older
Several are 4 weeks and older
Support gives the same answers, no luck
Since this amounts to more than 50% of sales and in the past there was no such problem. This can not be. Normal.
Can someone escalate this?

Kinda normal, just depends on your product. We have ~50 right now up to a week out. Sometimes its more, its rarely less than 50

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. On the Manage orders page, an order with a status of Pending might indicate an issue with the buyer's payment method or a convenience store payment method. In some cases, our payment and order detail verification processes can potentially extend order processing times for as long as 21 days.
If you have orders older than 21 days support should be able to get those removed.

This is normal. Currently, I have 100+ existing for over 3 weeks. If you have a lot of inventory and they are being distributed to different fulfillment centers then it will take a long time. Amazon usually sets the expected delivery date so the customer knows when their order will arrive. Hope this helps!

Thats the new normal of amazon. Send your stuff in, pay placement fees, huge freight fees, wait months to have it checked in. When it checks in, they just don't ship it. They sit on the orders for weeks, and then customers cancel and get furious, and then you get low inventory fees charged to your account while it says you have 1000+ items in "reserved" status for another 2 months.

Pretty normal, I hover around 150-250 pending on any given day.
