This is done in order where customer sent message of cancelling his order immediately after he ordered.
We have written and requested customer to cancel order on their own as we cant cancel order as its easy ship order.
Cusotmer didnt cancelled and we charged cancellation fees of Rs.8000/-

If Customer cancel order then it doesnt affect SELLER HEALTH.
If Seller cancel any order then it is a bad idea.
The best solution is to send product and wait for customer cancellation.
Last OPTION raise new ticket regarding the problem.
