I'd like to share my experience too.

I paid almost 2.5 lacs in 3 months. One if the worst losses I've ever made.

No increase in sales, the executive had very low knowledge. All he would do was making sure that my asins were on deal. He had no idea about how ads work. In November when the sales mandatorily go up for all the apparel sellers, he said, "see I made your sales go up, what else do you want?" He went on a hiliday after November by telling me that he has done his work very well. I still paid while he was on his holidays, for 15 days.

This is nothing short of a scam. Especially sellers who are new and think there sales are not increasing much, they would most likely take this service as amazon would pitch you these services by pinching your pain points, making you think that it would help. All they do is put deals and talk like they know a lot. It's been 3 years since I joined ecommerce and honestly these managers have hardly anything to contribute. They make you put more money into ads and force you to go FBA.

Also, if you've taken this service then here's the thing- you'll want to get out of it in first min only, but the sales person would have enrolled you for 3 months mandatorily. Here's the thing-

When I took this service I was told that I cannot step out of this service before 3 months. Hence, I kept paying for 3 months.

FIRST AND FOREMOST, sellers please note that there is no obligation, just mail them and say you want to opt out and it'll work even if it's 10 days of service. They're extremely deceiving. The sales person try to deceive you and the manager told me that there is nothing mandatory 3 months service thing.
