Issues Proof of Affiliation
Hi there,
I have a question. I bought UPC codes from GS1, more then 2 months ago. I try to make a new product listing (with several variations) with those UPC codes using my brand name. This particular brand already has been approved by brand registry more than a month ago and is thus enrolled in the brand registry program. Seller Support asked me to provide proof of affiliation.
Therefore, I submitted: 1) my official certificate from GS1 with the prefix that I bought with my LLC, 2) proof of both the USPTO showing my trademark application (which is already enrolled in the brand registry program) and the serial number of the application, 3) a Letter of Affiliation (in PDF format), giving my LLC (in name of my brand) permission to list the products of my brand using the UPC codes of my LLC. This LOA is signed, written in name of the brand, consists of the serial number that is attached to my USPTO application, has my brand letterhead, clearly explains the affiliation between the brand and the LLC (which is the UPC owner) and shows contact details from someone from the brand (myself).
However, it keeps getting denied and seller support keeps stating I should provide proof of validation between the brand and the UPC owner. This is (without exaggerating) the 10th (!) time it has been denied over several cases. I have no clue what else I need/can do to proof the affiliation. Does someone has experience with this and can help me out? Due to this, my shipment keeps getting delayed because I cant make a shipment plan and I'm out of thoughts on how to possibly fix this..
See my LOA below (green censored is company name, red is brand name, blue is general personal information)
Any help would be highly appreciated!
Best regards,
Jonathan

Just to check, who is the registered owner of the UPCs in GS1?
Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI
the UPC registration must be an EXACT match to the brand you registered on Amazon. EXACT
Seller_rcxYCVzmWQmLX
Seller support now states that: "The status of the trademark is pending. So we can not take this as valid."
But how can I make a product listing with my brand during the 'pending period'. This should be possible, right? Because our trademark has already been approved by, and enrolled in Amazon brand registry.. To cite Amazon's own words on the website: "Brand Registry is also accepting brands that have a trademark pending registration in a subset of trademark offices (see country-specific requirements section). The trademark for your brand must be in the form of a text-based mark (word mark) or an image-based mark with words, letters, or numbers (design mark)."
What is going on here?

Hey there @Seller_rcxYCVzmWQmLX- looks like our team may have resolved this one, I see an update sent through Case 13220530731 earlier today. Would you mind reviewing that case and letting me know here if you have any further questions?
Thanks so much!
