Brand Application Status changed to Case Answered.

I submitted my request for the brand registry on 1/15/2024, I noticed that the related case status changed to "Answered case", but the status of my brand registry application still reads "Pending Review".I want to know what is the status of my application. Case ID 14628204741.

Some sellers will see their case status through their seller central case log and it will show "answered" or "resolved" status before they get any answers from Brand registry. This is because the case may be passed to internal teams within Amazon and it reflects that information.

To check the most accurate status of your application, please check through your Brand Registry home page -> Brand Applications -> Status.

Closing the case, or commenting on the application case may result in further delay of the investigation so I would not advise that as well. Please wait until the brand team reached back to you.

I hope the application gets approved! If there are other questions, please let me know.
