How to remove abusive assumption-based vine review
I just received a ridiculous vine review. the customer said my product doesn't have the feature to connect with app, google home or other smart device. but my product is not a smart kind of product and there's no such description in my page indicating or implying it's a smart home kind of product. How can I remove this kind of vine review? This is abuse and assumption based review. If this customer with a brain, he/she should just get a smart product, why choose not a smart home product and complaining about not having the feature/ function? This is like buying a television and hoping that it works like a computer. Amazon must take some action on this kind of review.

This light looks nice, but I'm very worried that when I inevitably lose the remote there is unfortunately no other way to control this, I was hoping this had either an app or van connect to Google home but it does not look like it can
The customer is worried because there is NO way to control it, other than the supplied remote. Sounds like a valid concern. But even if it wasn't you can't have it removed
