Account Suspended for Review Manipulation | Fake charges

Hi,

We have never manipulated any reviews on Amazon, also Amazon never gave us any warning for the same. Overnight I received an alert on my account stating your account is suspended for review manipulation. I submitted my appeal, however they denied to accept my appeal and for no good reason or valid proof my account is suspended.

How can they even suspend the account without verifying or even giving a warning? What is the best and fastest solution for reactivate the account? Please suggest.

have they told you on basis of what content they have restricted your account? I mean the link and the content of that particular review, you need to investigate it and write a proper plan of action describing everything - what caused this event, what have you done to overcome it and how will you make sure it is avoided in future. write this and send it to them

Now days this is very common, with us 1 authenticity complaint comes up from nowhere and our listing got removed, now amazon asking us to provide Invoices of our supplier's supplier, you feel totally help less especially when you have not done anything wrong.

i was in impression that they have robust system to handle fraudsters but now i think there are still loo poles to looting the sellers and you can't do anything. :{

I am surprised that due to review an account has got suspended !!

I buy so many items on amazon and 90% of sellers do the same, some offer money too in response to 5 star review but i have never seen their account suspended. I have even , in one case reported violation with evidence for a seller but no action was taken. The company is still doing business with a different store name.

I would advise that you review the Performance Notifications in your seller account. I can see many communications sent to you regarding your account status during February, March and April.

To appeal this decision you need to check your Account Health Dashboard and review the sections highlighted on the page. The information needs to be submitted through the appropriate sections for the teams to review your account.
