Amazon brand verification code not received

Hi team,

I have been trying to re-trigger the verification code since I have not received the code, however there is no option to retrigger, also I have checked the spam and trash folders as well and my TM correspondednt has not received and email regarding the verification code.

If anyone can help me with this then I would forever be indebted.
