yes now you can edit this option just go to settings account info then go to manage gst settings then select 1st option which says your state name then below PAN click edit and enter your gst number and your pan will also be edited accordingly

Ufortunately, you cannot. We had the same problem. Amazon as of now doesnt have any policy to change.
