Due to HKT being 16 hours earlier than PST, the delivery time is Feb 15, 2025 3:59 PM HKT, which is equivalent to Feb 14, 2025 11:59 PM PST. It can be seen that this review was made before the product was delivered to the consumer, so it is a fake review. The review " One umbrella works, the other will not even open due to the button being jammed/broken on arrival. " is fake, because the consumer didn't get the umbrella when she made this review and she provided a detailed description of practical issues that led her to claim the product doesn't work. So, it is very ironic.

Please delete this fake review.
