Why suddenly freeze my account when I have already sent FBA

I applied for an Amazon store on July 6th and deducted my monthly rent of 39.99 dollars. Then I applied for brand certification and also applied for the delivery of products to the overseas warehouse of Amazon. However, when I sent the products to the ship, Amazon froze my account, saying that I violated the third article of the Commercial Law. This is so funny. I haven't even started it yet. I don't know what's wrong with it. Then I uploaded all my utility bills, credit card bills and invoices, which were directly rejected by me. I tried to call the staff of Amazon, but kept showing internal errors and the phone could not be connected, Amazon is really getting worse and worse, could you please give me an explanation for this?
