Amazon does not care if you pick up yourself or use a carrier. It does not matter the saving or the cost.
What it matters is if you are selling branded products, that you are approved by the brand owner or their authorized distributor to sell their products on Amazon.
If you are supplied with generic product, then they want you to list them as such. Not add yours to a listing that is branded.

When an issue arises in the future and Amazon wants to see where you got your products they will not be concerned with who owns the truck that brought them to you. Make sure your invoices are as they should be and you should not have any problems later.
