Brand Registry Pending Review will cause major manufacturing delays - PLEASE HELP
Hello, I am attempting to set up Brand Registry for my product/LLC, and after months of trademark prep with an Amazon-approved law firm I filed for BR and was notified within about 30 minutes that my application was rejected due to the reason below:
"Hello from Brand Registry,
Your Brand Registry enrollment application has been rejected.
This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form."
I am confident that I included the correct tax information. I went forward with an appeal, but I am now being informed that I must wait 45 days for that process to run its course before I will know where things stand. At this point, I am going to have to tell my overseas manufacturer to hold on shipping the product I already have approved/paid for, because on this timeline I won't be able to get him the barcodes he needs to include on the packaging. I am stumped on what to do, so is there anyone out there who has experienced this or known how to help guide this matter along? Any helpful advice? And please be kind; I very much am working hard to fulfill all requirements as a new Amazon seller.

Unfortunately, lots of things can go wrong with Amazon. However, if you overcome it, it can be very fruitful.
I would have to troubleshoot your error by process of elimination.
I have seen plenty of brand registry enrollments and they have all gone through fine. The next time you enroll, I would suggest to be extra careful inputting your EIN (ERGO 66-6666666) just to make sure you are not hitting the wrong key by accident.
I imagine you are logging into brand registry for the first time and inputting your information. The reason why I ask is because once you are registered for brand registry, you have to register your brand which sounds a bit like what you are talking about so I got confused.
I would also ask if you just registered this business and its possible its not in your state list yet? Is your trademark on the USPTO website? The more details you can provide the better.
