A-Z Closed and refunded by Amazon! Amazon claims WE issued a refund and no appeal option available!
Hello, this is what happened!
A-Z was filled, the buyer requested to return an item! I replied to Amazon and provided the information about return etc. So the case was under review. I was sure it will be denied and the buyer has to return items in order to get a refund.
Later today i receive and email, that order refunded! Same time received email that A-Z closed:
"We have closed an A-to-z Guarantee claim of usd 00 on order 00000000 because you issued a refund to the customer. No further action is required from you at this time but we have counted the claim against your Order Defect Rate."
I never wanted to issue a refund! Amazon did it! Now because they say i issued a refund i have no option to appeal!
Lost money, item and they give me no option to appeal! How great..
I chatted with Amazon and they gave no solution but asked to end chat!
