Registered Brand owner unable to add A+ content and edit listing attributes - Three Week Battle
Dear Amazon Sellers (and hopefully internal associates)
We have not only received an account health policy violation for editing our own ASINs, but we are not able to add A+ content or make any attribute changes to our own listings. Yes, we are brand registered, the name exactly matches and all.
It has been almost 3 weeks we have been waiting to hear back from the "internal team", they get back to us and let us know that in 48 hours we should try to re-submit the A+ content or make listing changes. Guess what? that did not work.. we still are getting the same error, "You are unable to add content to this ASIN because our system does not recognize this ASIN as part of your brand." and no listing attribute changes are sticking.
Please Amazon Gods. Please.
