Amazon FC Processing for 3 months+
Hi all!
One of our products worth $30 000 (146 units) have been in FC processing for 3 months+ now. All they say is that the units were supposed to be transferred to another fulfillment center but for now they don't know what is going on with these units. They have been saying for weeks ''we are waiting a response from the internal team''.
Any ideas on how to talk to the legal team at Amazon about this issue? We want our $30 000 worth of inventory back but they don't allow us to have our property back.

Same thing happens to me too. over 700 units stuck under FC processing for almost 2 months and the system keeps reminding me to send in more inventory because it's running low. Also, I got the same answer that the units are being transferred. Do you also get charged for storage fees for those units under FC processing ?
