Please Help - Seller Verification

My documents are correct I am continuously emailing for help and getting the same responses. I am going crazy I keep asking someone to please view my ID and bank statement they are legitimate and it keeps denying my verification causing a hold on my account to do anything or make changes or sales. It is infuriating I cannot get help. I keep telling them over and over to please open and look at it I have gotten so many guesses from the chat online and no one to resolve it. I even did the online verification with the Face ID live.
