Change of brand name to new name approved by brand registry , issue here, creating new ASIN reverts back to prior brand name?
We have currently created a new brand name with acceptance from brand registry to rename our store name. With countless case logs and following protocol to add product with a new ASIN find the product is reverting back to prior brand name?? We are using add product tool vs uploading a template for the specific category, will this be the root of our problem? Any assistance from other sellers as to their past experience with a similar issue or forum support will be great!!

Do you take a NEW UPC from GS1 to create your listing? And is this UPC in the GS1 database gepir assigned to this new brand? Then you should be OK.
Of course you cannot change your old listing. Probably you are trying to do that and for this reason, the old brand name is coming back.
