Hello Friend
You can extract report for your sale, from Report->Payment->Tax Merchant report and give it to your CA.You can take credit of Sale Tax paid by Amazon for its all component of Service fees.

@divinecount For which month is this? I’m assuming you started selling in March and got first invoice from amazon in 1st week of April. This invoice will be dated 30th or 31st March. March GSTR1 deadline is 10th May. Amazon will file before that.

Make sure your GSTIN is present on the invoice. Also, there have been cases where sellers complained that their amazon invoices were not showing in GSTR2A. Not sure what solution is from amazon end, but if/when Government restarts GSTR2 filing you will have the option to upload such invoices from your end. To summarize, make sure amazon invoice has your GSTIN, then don’t worry and enjoy the input credit. Also, don’t take everything seller support says seriously. They have their own bureaucracy and work under crazy pressure to meet their targets, so sometimes they do try to close the case any way they can.

Hello,
Amazon provides 3 types of tax invoices on case to case basis.
- Seller Fee Invoice (Amazon commission charges)
- Sponsored Ad Invoice
- FBA fulfillment invoice (If your are using FBA)
All these invoices are available in every first week of next month of the invoice month and dated on last day of the month.
For example- Invoice for the Month of April 2018 will be available probably on 3rd or 4th of May 2018 and invoice date will be 30/04/2018
Amazon regularly files these invoices and same will be visible in your GSR2 after 20th which is the deadline for filing GSTR3B. Since these invoices are service invoices for Amazon and they file it before 20th of next month of invoice month and it is an outward sale for them which they will file in their GSTR 3B. Hope it is clarified.
ITC will automatically be reflected in your GST account ledger once Amazon files the return.

Yes they are correct they dont take tax amazon takes tax from the fees that it charges on the product on that u can take ITC but on total bill that you are showing that is to be payed by seller adjusting(ITC) with purchases GST or whatsoever hope you understand Amazon is not concerned about that it just auto generates the gst bill the amount that reflects on your account is excluding gst charged they just deduct shipping charges and their fees with 18% tax on fees on which you can take ITC benefit you can contact amazon on how to download that sheet
