Forgot to give my supplier the FBA Box label and the SKU

I forgot to give the FBA label and SKU to my supplier and she already shipped my items. How can I track my shipment? I already provided my tracking number in Amazon but my package is not "in transit" yet

You mean that you did not put the FNSKU on your units?
And that you sent your shippment WITHOUT shipping label?
That means that Amazon will receive this shipment and not know from whom it is coming. If you are lucky they refuse it and the freight forwarder will take it back. Otherwise your items are orphaned and probably destroyed.

Even if Amazon receive the package, they will NOT know from whom it is coming without shipping label and without FNSKU! They will receive an anonymous package. You would better ask seller support what will happen in this case by creating a case under "Help".

Can you have the package intercepted by UPS and returned to sender? Also it is a very bad idea to have stuff sent straight from a supplier to amazon without you seeing it first. You have no idea if the box has the proper item in it or the correct number of items. There are almost daily posts about people that had deliveries sent directly to amazon that regret it. Amazon could receive empty boxes for all you know and you will have no way to dispute it.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help. I would first contact the carrier and try to get the shipment re-routed back to you. If that doesn't work please create a case with Seller Support and lay out all of the details. They will most likely advise you to wait until the shipment is closed to try to reconcile the shipment. Without any unique packaging on the box it may be tough to find the boxes sent.
