AWD KRB7 - Appointment Canceled - Under constructions?!

I finally decided to be brave and try out AWD. (Big mistake??)
I shipped a full 40HQ container to KRB7, an appointment was scheduled to Aug 24, the driver arrived there, and they told him this appointment is cancelled and this warehouse is under constructions?!?
Really?
Moving a full container from place to place is very expensive, these are not 5 boxes you can temporarily store.
I’m so close to giving up on AWD for good, I also read here about the big mess going on there and I think I’ll pass.
Giving this a last chance :) can someone please tell me if there are any appointments in KRB7 in the next few days? Or should I send my container elsewhere?

Hi @Seller_wSqb6suFmvgzo, I can imagine how frustrating this must be. While I'm not an expert on AWD, from what I can find publicly it does appear that KRB7 is an open and active facility. From your case log I see Anmol replied within the last few hours, so please refer to that correspondence if you've yet to see it.
Noting for others that may land here this pertinent bit as well:
...I would like to inform you that you use your own carrier for shipments to Warehousing and Distribution, your carrier will be required to book a delivery appointment through the carrier appointment request portal in Carrier Central.
A delivery appointment is not required for shipments sent through Amazon Global Logistics.
I'll keep an eye out on the case but feel free to tag me here as needed.
