Hi
I have noticed when a buyer posts a return on my amazon prior refund is applied, but they are just sitting on my refund dashboard am I meant to do something as in my mind they have been refunded ??

If they’re still on the dashboard it means that the buyer was responsible for the return postage costs so not all the original payment was refunded

If you ignore it and it will naturally come off after 50 days

I think you can close it off yourself but I’m not 100% which option you choose
