We can't use our company logo on product images

One of my ASINs is search suppressed because of the image.

As far as I can ascertain, this is because the image contains our company branding ie; the logo.

I am wondering why I went through the expense of registering our brand with Amazon Brand Registry if we can’t use our logo on our products.

As usual, I am getting nothing from seller support.

Do you mean you’ve added the logo to the image, or do you mean the logo is a part of the product?

If there is text on your logo it maybe the text that Amazon are getting upset about rather than the logo itself.

As long as the logo is on the item it should be allowed but if Amazon are supressing it due to having text then you may need to get a new main image.

What does the actual suppression message say?

MAIN image has TEXT_LOGO_GRAPHIC_WATERMARK.

My problem is, this ASIN is a CD and the image is that of the cover exactly as the customer will receive it, just the same as other CDs and books that we have listed on Amazon. (for some reason they have picked out this one) Do I have to produce a new image without text ie: the title or the artist name shown and risk the customer telling me that the item is not as described? There is no watermark, so it’s not that.
