Do you need to contact Seller Support to list a new item?
I do not understand why I have to contact the seller support team every time to list a new item due to the UPC issue.
The UPC was bought from GS1. And Amazon's system cannot detect the code.
Does anyone have the same issue?

How recently did you buy them? It can take anywhere from a couple days to a week or more for Amazon to synch with GS1.

A new GS1 GTIN prefix takes about 2 weeks to register. A newly assigned code will take a few days at least.

Michelle at Amazon here. As others have stated, it takes time, up to two weeks, for the information to update in our system before it will verify that your UPC is valid.
