Amazon Japan Brand Registry is stuck

Hello Team.

My brand request ID 2783779103 is stuck pending approval but the case has already been closed.

It says the case cannot be opened so my brand name is stuck.

Can you please reject it so i can reapply or help me find out why its still pending approval? This happened before and I waited 2 months and just reapplied and the ticket went to a closed case and I didnt do anything like close it myself.

Dougal i think you have seen these issues many times. Can you please help!?

this one is stuck on Amazon Japan but same thing, I cannot contact anyone in brand registry team.

If they can reject it ill reapply but im not sure why it was changed to an Answered Case.

Please help because I have inventory waiting to be sent and I am just paying monthly for my seller account for nothing.

A lot depends on this please.

I do see exactly what you are talking about. I have escalated my findings to the appropriate team within Brand Registry to review.

I have not sent many escalations via this path so I can only guess to the amount of time it will take to receive a response, but I will update you as soon as I hear back.
