Product Loss How to send replacement Through Amazon

Hello everyone, again with a question, the client is asking me for a replacement, is there any option to replace the product through Amazon so that everything is clear. Amazon lets you print another shipping label for that replacement. What should be done in those cases?

NEVER send a replacement. If the buyer wants a replacement they can opt for that when they open a return request or they get a full refund (you can do a returnless refund) and can repurchase. The BUYER needs to initiate the return request from their order page or you have NO protection.

Hi @Seller_iFFERxdMsgeSp,

You are able to send a replacement to your customer, but as indicated by @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI, the buyer must request a replacement by first requesting a return. Once the buyer initiates the return process, there will be an option to select "replacement" if your Seller Central shows stock in the item. Once "replacement" is selected, a zero dollar replacement order will show up under your Manage Orders page.

The buyer must follow this process above in order for that new order ID to populate. If you send a replacement without this order ID, Amazon will not be able to provide any help in the case of an A-to-Z or Safe-T claim. You can learn more at this help page.
