i am selling aquarium live plant. when listing was active, product is in non returnable category, after few weeks, product automatic converts to returnable category.

i raise this issue to seller support, more than 15 times, all they said change category to gl-lawn_outdoor. i also do that. but problem still continue. i think seller support works nothing.

customer receive the product and return( they give reason that plant eaten by goats) . this type of silly reason they give. and amazon return the product.

last month i very disappointed, any help are most welcome
