Can't change my product back to the correct category node

My product has been in the same category since since it was grounded . But in the month of May, Amazon changed my product to a very very very small category, which has caused a severe drop in clicks and sales for my product. It is clearly seen in the business report, where my sales have dropped by more than half. It is a horrible thing.

I have tried several times to change the category by uploading the inventory file but no luck. I also opened many cases but got the same response, "product is assigned to the current category based on the detail page and how Amazon customers find products through search and browse." Some cases also responded that I had changed back to the correct node and that it would take 72 hours to update the display, but invariably it didn't come through.

Recently, I opened a new case, and again replied that I have been updated to the node that I want to change, this situation does not require other operations, you can search for your ASIN through this node. However, I can clearly see in the foreground as well as the management of inventory editing page, my products are still in the wrong node. I seem to be stuck in a loop, can anyone help me?

Case ID: 13846586441

Thanks!!!!!

Greetings @Seller_YSgbtRmkNJuDD,

Thanks for reaching out with your difficulties with updating your browse nodes associated with your products. I've reviewed your case and it looks as though the team has updated the nodes to the requested nodes. If you are still having issues please provide additional details and I can see what I can do to escalate. Thank you for your understanding.
