Change Legal Entity name for USA

Hello,

Please understand below complications :-

1. I opened a seller account on Amazon India From my Indian Entity and turned it into a Global Selling account.

2. For USA I have registered a new US Entity and now I want USA Seller account to have that as Legal Entity . For this I have to change Legal Entity for .com as previously USA account was registered under Indian legal Entity.

2. For USA I have registered a new US Entity and now I want USA Seller account to have that as Legal Entity . For this I have to change Legal Entity for .com as previously USA account was registered under Indian legal Entity.

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.

To update legal entity name or address, you must retake the tax interview by clicking on "Update Tax Information".

To update your legal business name:

  1. Go to Settings and click Account Info.
  2. Under Business Information, click Legal Entity.
  3. Enter your Legal Business Name and click Update.

Please feel free to update this thread if you need additional assistance or if you have a case ID number with Support that you'd like for me to look into.
