Additional info to confirm address in Ukraine
Has anyone received an email from Amazon to provide the utility bill for business address confirmation?
I had an issue like all other ukrainian sellers while verifying my address for INFORM Act. In the end my address was accepted and info on Account Health page stated that I have completed all required verifications and everything was good.
However yesterday I received an email requesting a utility bill to confirm the address. Meanwhile no notification about it on Account Health page nor in Performance Notifications. Everything there is clean and good, its just the message on my email.
Can anyone advise me on should I or should I not do this? It's confusing @Steve_Amazon @Micah_Amazon @Topher_Amazon @CR_Amazon

Thank you for reaching out. Sellers from Ukraine, Russia, or Belarus who have been unable to verify their address through postcard will be receiving an email asking for a government-issued record or tax document, please follow instructions in that email to complete address verification.
I have reviewed your account and do see that you don't have any banners showing, however if you check the Account Info page it does still show that you have an invalid address.
Please follow the steps outlined in that email and this should complete your verification.
