On-Time Delivery Rate issues
Out of all my shipments, 1 package was shipped one day later then promised. I took it to UPS one day earlier than expected, scanned one day earlier. Looks like there was a "Delay in delivery due to unexpected circumstances" on UPS end. How can I be responsible for UPS delivery time?
Of Course this does not apply to FBA because they rather you use their services, so they are trying to eliminate us FBM users.
Letter from amazon states we need to buy a label that is protected?
AMAZON: For future reference please note that for OTDR Protection: If you purchase a shipping label with the "OTDR Protected" badge in Amazon Buy Shipping and used Automated Handling Time (AHT) and Shipping Settings Automation (SSA), your OTDR will not be negatively impacted by late deliveries.
