Moving from Magento to Shopify platform
Hey everyone,
We're moving from a custom website over to a new Shopify website. We currently have products pushing from the custom site over to Amazon and were wondering do we need to remove all the inventory from AZ first, or zero out the inventory qty? What's the best way to go live with new Shopify product sync to Amazon while you have old products there from another website platform?

That depends on the app you are using to sync inventory. If it allows you to select the Amazon listing that is live and link it to Shopify listing then that will be a one by one process. I would definitely make all listings you no longer sell inactive or delete them so it does not try to sell products not synced by inventory counts and end up with sales for products you don't have.
