Is a registered trademark needed for a store byline?
My brand is registered under a pending trademark. I have access to most features, and have my store published with our full catalog of products. The only thing missing is a store byline. None of my products have the "visit store" option just the "brand" button which leads to a search for my brand name.
When I contact support for having a byline added to my products, they stated I cannot add a byline due to not having a registered trademark, and just a pending trademark.
I'm just wondering if this has been the case for everyone? My brand is fully registered under the brand registry.
