Sending Full Pallets Of The Same Product But Using Less Labels

Hello,

I have been sending many FTLs to Amazon

But there are some products that I send in full pallets, meaning the pallets are all identical with the same amount of master cases and layers and all.

Now when we send 10+ pallets of the same pallet, it gets annoying and time-consuming to put labels

Is there a way to make it easier or do we have to keep printing thousands of labels?

I noticed that Amazon is now asking for a Master packs layers and layers on pallets

Is this leading to that or simply just for storage calculations

Unfortunately, there is no way to make it easier.

I, too, send numerous pallets. I have to print 100s of case labels to put on each box.

Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums, @Seller_WBRcJpjYtIXSN! I understand where you're coming from here.

As much as I wish I could make the labeling process less time-consuming for you, it is important to follow these labeling requirements in order for your shipment to be properly shipped and received:

  • Place FBA pallet labels on all four sides of the pallet on the outside of the stretch wrap.
  • Affix FBA shipment labels to each pallet: four per pallet, one on each side in the top center. You can print shipping labels in the shipment creation workflow.
  • Place labels squarely, not angled, on all four sides of the pallet so that the forklift driver can see them when approaching with the forklift.
  • Label the pallet “Single ASIN pallet” if it contains only one ASIN.
  • When shipping multiple SKUs on a pallet, physically separate the SKUs so that they are easy to tell apart when received at the fulfillment center. For more information, see the special pallet label requirements below.

For more information and guidelines for pallet labeling, I'd recommend reading through these resources:

Although I know this unfortunately isn't the answer you were hoping for, I hope it helps clarify a bit further. If you have any additional questions, please let me know!

All the best,

Jameson
