Request for Removal of Feedback

We have received negative feedback regarding order 114-7404519-1228266.

According to Amazon's regulations, if feedback is only related to the product itself, it can be deleted. However, even though we initiated the deletion request, we received a response in less than a minute stating that the feedback was not suitable for deletion!!!!! We fully respect customers' expression of their shopping experience, but this feedback only indicates the evaluation of the product

The buyer said there is a problem with our product but did not reply or provide evidence, but as a seller, we still comply with Amazon's rules to refund the buyer. We have contacted the customer and provided a solution, but the buyer has not replied to us from beginning to end. How can we find a solution from the buyer and request that Amazon delete this product feedback from a fair standpoint? We have always followed Amazon's rules to help the buyer refund and solve their problem, but now Amazon is not helping us and the buyer is not responding to us. How can we solve this problem
